Notes

A limited edition set (released in the UK by Janson Marketing Ltd) of 7 x 7" vinyl picture discs of the annual Christmas flexi discs sent out exclusively to Beatles Fan Club members between 1963 and 1969. The artwork from the original picture sleeves is reproduced on the discs, which are presented in clear PVC sleeves that have then been bound in a white folder with “The Beatles Christmas Collection” in gold embossed text. Facsimiles of the four Christmas newsletters from 1964-7 are included with an additional title/credits insert. Each folder is numbered and only 1000 copies of this collection were made.

There is no clear indication about the legality of this release, but the credits insert states “Special thanks to Ken Runner at E.M.I. Recordings Limited for his archive help” as well as “Licensed by Ultra Sound Corp, Beverly Hills, CA 90213, U.S.A.”.
